Are you looking for a story about personal improvement and confidence? “Nature’s Playground-I’m Going To Climb That Tree!” A lesson on building personal confidence- from the author, page 24.

            A story of family inspiration. “My father didn’t take me to baseball games-he took me to “structure fires.”A fond memory from the author’s youth, page 32. “My confined space challenge”. A true story from the author’s fire fighting volunteer days, page 34. 

            Do you need a good laugh? “Laugh, its healthy for you! Comedy by Roger J Lown. From “Left handed shovels” to “Please get me some coffee” and confusion when your name is Roger “What’s in a name?” page 44.

            Coaches and sport teams, are you looking for encouragement and inspiration? You are the coach and your team is losing an important game. Write a speech to motivate your team to a win, page 51.   

            What is the definition of success? “Why do you think some people are successful in life and others are not?” page 59. “A pessimist says the bridge is out, an optimist says they will build a bridge”, page 69.

            Give credit and respect for those who are silent heroes. “This post is a tribute to the U.S Postal Service and all Mail Carriers”, page 70.
