What is Change Your Life Through WRITING About?
The change begins in your heart and mind.
Writing the clutter and garbage that controls our heart and mind on paper that
would otherwise hinder you from making any improvements in your life.
I talk about how your mind is able to think
create and invent and I believe this is true because that is what our minds do.
If we have pessimistic thoughts in our mind and
ill emotions controlling our hearts how do we expect any improvement in our
lives when we don’t have control. Both the toxic messages planted in our mind
and our broken hearts have control over our lives. We need to free our heart
and mind before we can believe and strive for our life goals and ambitions.
Hate and pessimistic thinking have the ability
to destroy unless they are removed from our minds. Therefore as I wrote in my
book we must re-program our minds not only to think and act like winners but
also to have compassion for others.
